| Proofs |
RPM will provide proofs on all orders with new or modified forms. If an order is cancelled before being produced, a typesetting charge will be applicable. |

| Overruns and Underruns |
Due to the many processes involved in the manufacturing of custom items, orders are subject to overruns and underruns of up to 10% and wil be billed accordingly. However, we will make every effort to produce and ship exact quantities requested. |

| Returns |
If there is any problem with your order, please contact our Customer Service Department, 800-626-6313. |

| Shipping |
RPM will ship freight prepaid by the most economical and efficient carrier unless otherwise requested by you. Freight charges will be added to your invoice. |

| Damaged and Defective Goods |
Always make a careful inspection of merchandise at time of delivery. In case of damage or loss, make a notation on the bill of lading or delivery slip. For any damaged or defective merchandise, contact our Customer Service Department as soon as possible. |

| Payment |
A prepayment is required for first orders. For your convenience, we accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and checks. All future orders are billed to your account, net 30 days from the date of invoice. Balances past 30 days are subject to a 1.5% service charge per month. A bank fee of $25.00 will be charged for any returned checks. All payments must be made in U.S. dollars. |
